The following points apply in addition to the above terms and conditions if you are making payments online through the website:

            Global Frontiers: ICEAHIM must receive full payment for the services or materials (collectively referred to as “Services”) you wish to receive before your order can be accepted. Once we receive your payment, we will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending an email to the address you provided in your order form (“Acceptance Notice”). This email will include details and pricing for the Services currently available. If these details and/or prices differ from those shown on the website at the time you submitted your order, you may cancel your order and payment in accordance with clause 3 below.If the details and price in our Acceptance Notice match those shown on the website at the time you submitted your order, a legally binding contract will arise upon your receipt of the Acceptance Notice. If the details and price do not correspond, you must inform us if you do not wish to proceed with your order. If we do not receive notice to cancel your order within seven days, a legally binding contract will arise.

         3. Your Right of Cancellation
            Your right to cancel is subject to the cancellation policy outlined at conference cancellation policy. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel, please inform Global Frontiers: ICEAHIM in writing of your intention to cancel (an email to abee@globalfrontiersICEAHIM.org is acceptable; please include ‘Right to Cancel’ in the subject line).Once Global Frontiers: ICEAHIM has been notified of your cancellation in accordance with Clause 3, the amount debited from your debit or credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order being cancelled, if you have returned any materials received under the relevant order in the same condition as when they were provided to you.
         4. Event Availability
            Global Frontiers: ICEAHIM reserves the right to cancel any training or events, in which case any payments made by you will be refunded. Global Frontiers: ICEAHIM will notify you of such cancellation and the refund due by email as soon as practicable. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the cancellation date. Global Frontiers: ICEAHIM is not responsible for any costs incurred by you in relation to the conference that have been paid to any other organization.
